I have had a small, moveable, painless bump on the middle knuckle of my ring finger for approx. 10 years, noticed today that i am forming a new one at the bottom knuckle on the same finger that is causing soreness in the joint. is this of concern?

I would google knuckles bumps and look at images to see if you match any. Then have a Dr see you. I would also do a family tree of knuckle problems to share with your Dr. Men and women.
