GBS: Guillain Barre syndrome is most of the time a progressive, ascending paralysis with rapid progression to respiratory failure in spite of therapy. There are many variants described lately, which most of them I am not very familiar with. In your case I cannot rule out a very mild/ atypical case. Would suggest an office visit with regular labs, cell counts and lytes as well as light, gradual exercise
