Groin rash: I still would try applying a cream like mycolog which combines an antifungal with a corticosteroid. Also it's important to avoid tight fitting jeans or slacks. In addition I recommend wearing loose white cotton undershorts. Friction and moisture favor yeast infections. If no improvement, consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
