Diagnosed How?: How did you determine that the endometrium is coming through the cervix? It could be cells from the internal aspect of the cervix that is visible at the cervical opening, it could be a polyp or myoma that is coming through the cervical opening, or it could be a small cyst on the surface of the cervix which appears to be coming from the uterus. Treatment depends on what the actual diagnosis is.
