Trachelectomy: To remove the cervix a trachelectomy can be performed. This is sometimes done for women with early cervical cancer who want to be able to have children later. Normally a hysterectomy would be performed (removing the cervix and the uterus), but you can imagine that after removing the womb, you can't have kids.
