What does this mean? endometrium demonstrates a thickness of 0.7 cm and is hyperechoic. within the cervix, there is crescentic echogenicity, 1.7 cm.

Depends : This depends on age. A 0.7cm thick endometrial thickness is normal for women who still have their period. If in the older woman that doesn't have her menstrual flow then that is too thick. As for the other remark I would have to see it.
