Tingling 5th digit: Hello. The ulnar nerve can get irritated when the elbow is bent (flexed). Ulnar nerve runs around the inside groove of the elbow, inside part of your forearm, into the palm furthest from the thumb, and into your 5th digit. For most, changing positions (forearm in more extension than flexion) resolves the tingle. Challenge especially at night to keep elbow from being too flexed.
