Painless white lesion which involves buccal mucosa bilateral ,in 50 year old female?

WaitForTheWhitesOf..: If bilateral it usually means something irritative, like the teeth scraping the sides of the mouth, but not always. In general, persistent white patches in the mouth may mean trouble, especially in smokers or ex-smokers and drinkers, especially if just on one side. But take no chances and see an ENT doctor or oral surgeon for a take-look. Chances are it's nothing but there's a small chance it is.

Bilateral: Can't diagnose without an examination. Size, color, duration, pain, does it scrape off, fever, swollen glands, etc. see your Dentist for examination and treatment.
