My daughter has 5 red spots right along spine. she feel down a baby slide outside wondering if this could be from that?

Maybe: if the bumps are all in a row over the bumps (spinous processes) of the spine, the this is probably the case. If the redness starts spreading, she's running a fever or has other signs of infection take her to her doctor.
