See doctor today: Unexplained pelvic or abdominal pain always needs urgent professional evaluation. There are many possible causes, some of them serious, especially if you are sexually active: ectopic (tubal) pregnancy, pevlic inflammatory disease (PID, an STD, usually gonorrhea or chlamydia), and others. Also appendicitis, certain intestinal problems, others. Exam is especially urgent if you also have fever.
