Yes: Pain in the ovaries is usually ovulation ( if it's mid-cycle) or ovarian cysts. Acne has a components of hormonal influence. So both can be caused by hormones. Polycystic ovarian syndrome can also be the cause of ovarian cysts & acne. I'd recommend seeing your PCP or a gynecologist.
