Took fertomid cd4-8 currently on cd16. my lh peaked yesterday so currently ovulating but i have a uncomfortable pain and pressure feeling in my left ovary and uterus is this normal?

Left ovarian pain: Ovarian stimulation can cause cysts in one or both ovaries, and sometimes the pre-ovulatory cyst will not rupture on ovulation, and the cyst enlarges which causes localized pain until rupture occurs spontaneously. See your OB for an ultrasound if the pain continues.
