Vitamins Supplements: Nope. I know of no physician who would just randomly put you on or recommend any vitamin or other supplements at age 23. Eating a good and balanced diet, getting sleep on a regular basis, avoiding alcohol and cigarettes and living an active lifestyle are the best things for health.
