Optimal wound care: Firstly make sure that any chronic conditions are kept under strict control, like diabetes, any chronic medical conditions, and that you are not smoking or near anyone who does! Keep your wounds clean. If you don't have a topical treatment get one. There is a high likelihood that the antibiotics are not even getting to the affected area. You really need to be seeing a wound care expert!
