What to do if i have diarrhea?? i ate flagyl but it cures me for little time . before diarrhea i had blood stools and hard bowwel movement .

Diarrhea: The hard stool and bleeding likely was from hemorrhoids due to hard stool and constipation. To avoid constipation drink 2-3 liters/ day water /gatorade and eat high fiber foods, barley, lentils, brown rice, oats. Diarrhea from laxatives/overflo? or from infection ? c diff camphylo? other bacteria infections? Would try probiotics, white rice / bananas for 2 days. Need to f/u w/ doc /urgent care
