Should get evaulated: Being a 26 y/o female, it is likely that you have irritable bowel syndrome and with the frequent loose stools can cause significant anal/perianal irritation, at times bleeding from it. If you have been having symptoms for yrs, ibs is likley. If this is new, something else maybe causing your symptoms such as ulcerative colitis etc..I recommend consulting your doc for an eval. Good luck.
