Tachycardia: Full in the stomach, or full of feelings in the heart, Full of what?, If it is related to eating there might be some increased sympathetic activity with type of food you eat, but it s to the level of causing symptoms like racing palpitation have it checked out with an ekg or prolonged heart monitoring

Need a monitor: To start with, it's common to feel palpitations but actually the problem is in the GI tract. We do not assume this of course. You could have a normal rhythm when palpitations occur but also it could be other things. No one would be able to guess without some basic testing. If this is occurring frequently, I recommend you have an electrocardiogram of the heart (12-lead EKG) +/- 48hr heart monitor.
