Yes: Depending on the extent of the heart failure and how you feel. If you are able to do most day-to-day jobs and provided your work is not overly exerting then you should be able to recover much of your function. It also depends on the cause of the heart failure, and the type. Take the right medications (beta blockers, ace-inhibitors, aldactone) and talk to your cardiologist.
