Anxiety?: Burping may be associated with hiatal hernia and gerd but more commonly from air swallowing. The presence of strong heart beats at your age is likely from anxiety as well. See your doctor if this problem continues since an overactive thyroid can also cause anxiety leading to air swallowing.
