Mega cisterna magna: may not necessarily be the cause of your balance issues (most often it is asymptomatic) Make sure your Vit B12 is > 350 (Ideally >550) Intoxication (medication) and B12 deficiency are the most common causes of unsteadiness in my patients with MCM and Dandy Walker Variant !
