See your dentist: You need to rule out dental abcess(infection) 1st. If the dentist feels it's not tooth related then he can refer you to ENT specialist for eval : )

Abnormal Lymph node: enlargement commonly results from infection, immune response or other causes. Therefore, the direct clinical examination is essential for diagnosis. See your PCP first.
