Idk had gum swelling the dr said not abcessed n lymph nodes swollen but today jaw kinda hurts could gum infec go to jaw or ear real worried?

Swelling/pain: Yes, if there is an infection it may spread. If caused by infected teeth may need to see Endodontist or Oral Surgeon. If from gum infection, see a Periodontist. If symptoms progress, ask your Dentist to refer you on to appropriate Specislist.
