Uterine contractions: We don't fully know how a cesarean affects the healing of the uterine muscle but I would expect for you to be fully healed by a year. Nevertheless, breastfeeding will always lead to uterine contractions that can cause the uterine musculature to contact which can be painful. Continue to watch symptoms unless you have any fevers, severe pain, or abnormal amounts of bleeding.

Doubt: Most likely it is your abdominal wall that is tender, not your uterus
