Can you take theraflu while nursing? or what can i take? i have a sore throat and ear ache.

Take acetaminophen: or ibuproofen for pain. For nasal congestion, use saline nasal sprays, or for 2-3 days, ok to use nasal decongestant spray. For cough, try hot tea with lemon, honey and lemon on a spoon, or cough drops. If ear painis severe and does not improve in 2-3 days, you may have an infection and may benefit from antibiotics.
