C/s: Your symptoms may be related to some scar tissue associated with your C-section scar. Since ultrasound is clear and I guess no visible massNoted then your symptoms may be associated with a thin lower uterine segment as well. Another concern can be in incision there may be endometriosis. So consult your physician
