Corpus luteum cyst : You most likely had a hormonally active cyst, which when removed led to the destabilization of the uterine lining that led to bleeding like a menstrual period. This can be normal and you have nothing to worry about. Consider this bleeding a period, be patient, and keep track of other symptoms. Hope that helps.
