I had an ovarian cyst and scar tissue from endometrioses removed on monday. friday night i started bleeding and cramping like a normal period, except i just ended my normal cycle about 9 days ago. is this normal?

Ovarian cyst ?'s: Surgery for an ovarian cyst/endometriosis may have interrupted your normal pre-ovulatory follicle, which may cause withdrawal bleeding. Endometriosis is treated with surgery for diagnostic and therapeutic reasons. Best is to be on oral bcp's which reduce hormonal production from the ovaries, and can be taken usually through menopause. Ask your gyn physician about bcp's.
