May need prescriptio: NOT ALLERGY. NOT DUE TO FOOD OR FORMULA. NO ANTIHISTAMINE WILL HELP. Soak in bath for a long time, then, after a quick towel, rub in a ceramide cream. Eucerin, Aveeno, (oatmeal) CeraVe, gererics, others. Check label for CERAMIDES. Hydrocortisone may help but a prescription cortisone is often needed. For the face a prescription calcineurin inhibitor ointment is preferred. Sun will help.
