Carpal tunnel: Pregnancy is associated with fluid shifts and some swelling, and a frequent area of dysfunction is the transverse carpal ligament at the inner wrist. May plague you through remainder of pregnancy but reverses after labor and delivery. A wrist splint may relieve symptoms.
