A member asked:

Can pancreatic cancer cause a burning sensation in the stomach?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Pancreatic cancer: Is usually asymptomatic, and symptoms are usually related to the effect that the mass has on surrounding organs. Burning in the stomach is more likely to be due to gastritis, peptic ulcer disease, or dyspepsia. Pancreatitis causes a loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, and pain.
