Childhood records: One of the best ways of at least finding your immunization records is to contact your elementary school (usually, public schools required immunization records).

Diary, schools: Medical records are retained under guidelines of the state or feds.In texas kids records are kept until their 21 st birthday or 7 yrs from their last visit, before destruction. This would include shot records.Local medical societies may know how to locate retired docs/records.Many school systems keep them in their admission papers.College application forms & military records may also have them.
