Back pain: Most back pain comes from sore spasming, muscle along the sides of the spine. We often use our back in ways that our core muscles are not trained for and end up straining the small muscles that keep the vertebrae in alignment. The best thing to do is let the muscles rest and recover. Take Tylenol (acetaminophen) and ibuprofen for pain and get a back support brace at the drug store to offload the aching muscles
