Mum has sarcoidosis since 2006 & she was getting treated with corticosteroids.since last 4months her condition is getting worse. can chemotherapy help?

Possibly: Methotrexate and other steroid-sparing immunomodulatory drugs are options for treating sarcoid. The key is following closely with a good Pulmonologist, Immunologist or Rheumatologist with experience in treating adult autoinflammatory disorders such as this.
