How long do you leave lamisil (terbinafine) at cream on your body before washing it off when treating tinea versicolor? i know twice a day, but how long each time?

Leave it on : Rub the cream in twice a day and leave it on . It should kill fungus, but spots will not clear until skin tans to match other skin.
