I pooped i saw a white mucus in the toilet as well as little pieces throughout my stool. i feel completely fine and have no other stomach issues?

Likely fine...: Sometimes food we eat appears different or unusual coming out the other end. I would watch and wait - if the mucus-appearing stool continues, or if other symptoms develop or you feel poorly, it could need to be evaluated.

No worry: Mucus in stool without any other symptoms is not a cause for concern. Make sure you drink enough water to keep your stool soft. If need be take a fiber laxative like Metamucil.
