It is difficult to know what is going on based off what is presented here. You really need to see your primary care doctor or a Gastroenterologist. Dr. Leighton‘s suggestion of a Healthtap consult is a good one. In the meantime, try adding an extra fiber or Metamucil to your diet to see if that helps at all. Also hydrate well. Good luck.
