Yes - but: Those antibiotics can cause diarrhea from c. Difficille. If you've been on the antibiotics more than 5 days call you doctor.

Better to Avoid It: It is better to avoid Immodium with any antibiotics as it can mask pseudomembranous colitis.If you get diarrhea due to Antibiotics,it is best to discontinue the Antibiotics and drink plenty of fluids

Probably: For simple antibiotic related diarrhea it would be ok to take Imodium (loperamide) for a brief period only. If diarrhea is very severe while on those antibiotics, a superinfection with clostridium difficile would be suspected and this is not treated with Imodium (loperamide) but with flagyl or vancomycin as it is a serious complication and is diagnosed with a stool culture.Check Anyone on antibiotics with severe diarrhea
