Lactation: Having breast milk after an abortion at twenty weeks is common and will stop as long as you don't stimulate your breasts. Wear a snugly fitting bra or top, take ibuprofen for pain, avoid pumping or expression, and avoid hot showers. Ovulation is possible despite breast milk production and so start contraception asap. Ovulation can happen within 3 weeks.
