Advice: Your bad headaches are emerging into a pattern of chronic daily headaches, and the best approach is prevention. We have both OTC items, such as butterbur, feverfew, riboflavin, Co-Q-10, and prescription methods such as Depakote or topirimate, or calcium channel blockers or beta blockers. Botox is yet another choice. A neurologist can help.
