Got a medium size cut on finger. i've put hydrogen peroxide on it multiple times a day and it still fuzzes. is there constantly germs? should i worry?

The fizzing: does not mean bacteria are there (although there are bacteria there). It is caused by an enzyme in your tissue and blood. Kept clean and dressed with antibiotic ointment. and stop using peroxide which is basically worthless except to clean drying blood away.
