Hi, i got a sonogram today and my gyno said i have enlarged ovaries but no cyst. she didn't give much of an explanation. should i be concerned? i'm 17

Seek clarification: Contact the doctor who did your sonogram and ask for clarification. Since no treatment plan was made I suspect everything was normal but the only one who can confirm that is the doctor who did the test. It is perfectly acceptable to contact them and ask for a better understanding of your results.
