Warning signs: of a pigmented lesion all fit with growth. so, if it is growing upward, outward, changes in color these are all worrisome signs. Pigmented wart http://www.patient.co.uk/doctor/seborrhoeic-wart is not malignant but I'm glad I don't have one. dermatologic questions are tricky w./out seeing them.
