Biopsy needed: The only way to know for certain if those melanotic areas are actually benign is with a biopsy. I encourage you to go to a medical clinic and have an exam. Discuss your concerns and ask about a biopsy of the lesions. The clinic doctor may than refer you to a dermatologist. Best of luck with your health!
