May be: Go to see your gp to get checked. Anybody in the family who has colon cancer? Or other malignancy or autoimmune problems? Acertain condition can cause oral ulcers frequently like behcet's, lupus or orther autoimmune. Other condition can give you malanotic macule on lips like peutz-jeghers syndrome, addison's disease, mccune-albright syndrome etc. Go to see gp and get further eval and discussion.
