Let them fade: I do see that you are being treated for seborrhea with ketoconazole, and also for acne Clindamycin monotherapy. It's a serious mistake to treat acne just with an antibiotic without topical benzoyl peroxide or some similar medication. Better management of your active acne will make the question of red and dark spots after acne moot. Good luck.
