I have a deep ache in my left arm from my shoulder to my fingers, but its worse from elbow to hand. Starts in the morning and dulls after a few hrs.
When I lay on stomach with arm straight up above head for couple minutes neck hurts& fingers start tingling & go completely numb &pain in neck gets worse. Could that mean a trapped nerve in neck? Same issues in hand randomly but nerve tests normal?
