Easy: what kind of testing? Skin testing is almost in the museum. IGRA/Quantiferon GOLD testing are much better, Ask your lung doc about it. Good luck and all the best. Probably nothing to worry about.

Mgt: Your TB skin test is normal if there is no raised area similar to an insect bite at 48 hours. The red dot is probably from the site of injection.
