If i get a 28 day cycle but sometimes my period is more like spotting does that mean i'm not ovulating or i'm irregular? i'm ttc!

28 day cycle: Irregular means that you can not predict the cycle pattern. If you have a 28 day cycle that can be predicted then you are not irregular. Usually that means you are also ovulating but you will have to be tested if you are not sure. Couples are recommended to have sex for 12 months before going through fertility treatments
