See a doctor: 23 day cycles are short for a woman who is 26 years of age. I would go see a doctor (ob gyn , rei) and have your egg quality tested. Blood tests will be done on day 2, 3 or 4 of your cycle and test your fsh, Estradiol and amh level. This might be jumping the gun a little if you have only begun to try but if your tests are normal then would get an OPK and check for ovulation starting on day 9.
