I am on duphaston from day 16-23 of my cycle. i got my period on 25 feb, ovulated on 6/7 march and now spotting 10&11 march - what does this mean?

Hard to pinpoint: Don't know why you are on a progestin 16-23 or if you're trying for a pregnancy. Ovulation kits turn positive 2 days before ovulation (physical ovulation), so you probably ovulated on 3/9 or so. Estradiol drops significantly after ovulation on post ov day 1 and 2. Some people will have some bleeding with that drop in hormone. Headaches are also common at this time for some. Good luck.
